Wellness Hero is an emotional energy management game where players tackle life challenges, acquire coping skills, and level up wellness techniques. Featuring puzzle-based gameplay inspired by CBT, MBSR, and Spoon Theory, Wellness Hero promotes healing and mental health awareness.

Ensemble Interactive is an Interactive Media studio focused on new approaches to art, storytelling, and social impact.

We work in Video Games, VR Cinema, Immersive Theater Events, Serialized Television, Interactive Graphic Novels, Digital Novellas, and Alternate Reality Games. We embrace several trans-media frameworks.

David Negrin is a game designer, filmmaker, and professor specializing in interactive media, video game production, and transmedia storytelling. As the Founder and Creative Director of Ensemble Interactive, he leads innovative projects at the intersection of games, immersive media, and social impact. His latest title, Wellness Hero, is a mobile game designed to simulate self-regulation and promote mental health awareness.

With an MFA in Cinema & Emerging Media and a BS in Computer Science, David bridges technical expertise with narrative artistry. His career spans VR cinema, immersive theater, and serious games, and he has served as a faculty member at RIT, UCF, Ithaca College, The New School, and Hofstra University, teaching game design, interactive storytelling, and digital media.

As the former Executive Director of the NYC Screenwriters Collective, he led New York City's largest non-profit screenwriting workshop, fostering a community of storytellers in film, television, and games. His work has been featured in virtual reality experiences, television development, and interactive media projects.

At Ensemble Interactive, David continues to push the boundaries of digital storytelling, game mechanics, and player-driven narratives, crafting engaging experiences that entertain, educate, and inspire.
